Ares of expertise include counseling family owned and other closely held businesses in all aspects of business and corporate law, partnership and limited liability company law, the buying and selling of businesses, acquisition of franchises, commercial transactions, corporate counseling, all aspects of real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, agreements with real estate brokers, and real estate auctions.
